Refund policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy on returns and refunds.

If an item is faulty on arrival, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the item. Each item is quality checked before sending off, so evidence of the fault will be required - this also helps me for future reference.

If you order an item in the wrong size or colour, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund at this time. As I am a small business, everything I make is made especially for you in the colour / size that you have chosen. If you have made an order with the wrong size / colour that has not yet been dispatched yet, please contact me (shoplate80s@gmail.com).
